So Thankgiving dinner was well recieved.

I have been told I need to always cook the turkey the way I did as it was "tasty and flavorful"aand at one point asked "is this turkey it doesn't taste like turkey!" (I had slid lemon slices underneath the skin of the bird and left them there while it cooked. The meat was very very moist and tasty.)

We sent Reuben's dad home with a lot of left overs.

Still have 2 deserts though.

Will post the Pumkin pudding recipe when I have the time as it's been requested :)

It was a nice relaxing day yesterday. I'm so glad of that

WOW! What a good idea. Hmmmm.... I'm making thanksgiving turkey for the Americans this week end maybe I should try that. Glad you had a good thanksgiving. :-)

Well, I hope your turkey turned out well :)

This was my first time cooking turkey. I had done the lemon under the skin as well as orange under the skin with chicken before, and figured I would give it a try with the Thanksgiving bird :)
