Thansgiving ends well...

So Thankgiving dinner was well recieved.
I have been told I need to always cook the turkey the way I did as it was "tasty and flavorful"aand at one point asked "is this turkey it doesn't taste like turkey!" (I had slid lemon slices underneath the skin of the bird and left them there while it cooked. The meat was very very moist and tasty.)
We sent Reuben's dad home with a lot of left overs.
Still have 2 deserts though.
Will post the Pumkin pudding recipe when I have the time as it's been requested :)
