Desires abound this week....

Maybe it’s just the spring weather, but I’ve been itchy creative wise.

I’ve been looking at the photos that Tarik has taken of sabinenotagoth , and spicygirl112, and numerous non lj friends. I find myself wanting to be the subject of a photo shoot. Maybe it is because for once, I want to be the one followed around with a camera, instead of being the one following with a camera.

I want to dress up in the clothes I don’t wear out to clubs anymore. I want to go dancing through a forest, and stomping through streams, and sitting in trees and have it captured on film.

I’m finding my L key is being sticky and I have to re-read what I have just typed in order to have it make sense.

I had an urge to wear fishnets today. So I am decked out in a pair of ripped fishnets that I don’t think have been worn since NYC and C7, A pair of olive green nylon cargo shorts, and a “The Skies Gone Out” tee shirt. I miss that show as much as I miss doing my own show.

I also miss my camera. I’m thinking all this photo angst is due to the fact that I can not run out and take the train down to the Museum of Science and Industry and the adjoining Jackson Park, or the Grant Park Conservatory, or the Lincoln Park Conservatory and shoot nature photos I want to go out and take pictures!!!!

*dance* Reuben just called to remind me that today is Tuesday, and we are going to see A Winter’s Tale with his parents at the Shakespeare Repertory Theater tonight.

So at least I have a chance to dress up.

It's still in the works. I'm still trying to convince the family to go with me. I think it would be a real treat to have my grandma see her only great-granddaughter for the first time.

Email me your address and phone number so I can give you a jingle on a official time and date of when I'll be there. Maybe we'll be in luck and Katja will be back from Deutschland by then. It'll be like the old days. :-)
