Oct. 21st, 2003 07:03 amYou know I used to use this live journal to share things I had written. To ponder about stuff in, to share my playlists with people.
Lately, it seems like all I write about is illness.
Once again I am sick. I can tell my immune system is out of whack even without checking a thermometor. I am a radiating furnace of body heat, yet I am freezing at the same time. Also, The sheets bunching up at night when I toss and turn is causeing me to break out into welty hives.
It's been a long time since that has happened so easily.
The apartment is a mess, which is making the allergies worse (as dust mites are my biggest reaction causeing allergy). But I have no energy to do anything.
I'm achey and itchy and my skin feels too tight.
I need to get the laundry done. I have to use the all free and clear this week, as the local natural food/vitamin shop has ordered the Seventh Generation Free and Clear that I like using, but won't get any until Friday.
Also note to self. When piicking up the laundry detergent on Friday grab a bottle or two of the nice unscented shampoo and conditioner you saw so you can wash your hair again without triggering the perfume sensitivities more.
