Mar. 31st, 2003 09:56 amI find my reactions to smoke get more and more severe.
Today it hurts to swallow, and last night amongst being snotty and unhappy w/ all the cigarettes being smoked around me, I broke out into hives on my hands and and cheeks, These have subsided into small patches of pink bumpy rash.

satanicmechanic you better do something to aleviate the smoke during the G331< W331<3nd.
I think my reactions were also a bit more agressive due to helping unpack and set up for a rummage sale at my mom's church last Thursday and Friday. It was very dusty. Also, I wish I had had acess to the internet Friday afternoon, as I wanted to post the sale info. There was a ton of vintage clothes from the 30's through the 60's for fairly cheap ($3-$6 ish), and I know a few of you locals like to buy and wear vintage stuff.
It's a shame most of it was smaller sizes as there was some stuff I would have worn. As it is, my sister is getting a vaugly chesagam-ish style dress from that rack, and a couple peticoats and thin blouses for wear with her orchestra performances.
I did get a small box of ties to make into a tie skirt. A vintage hat. some small gifties for peoplenhyrvana 's late birthday gift (it screamed to be sent to you) should go out in the next week, and something I'm not sure if I wanna send cobaltcat now or wait till her b-day. Also I found a mens white and black ruffled tuxedo shirt to be altered slightly, and a pin tucked men's tuxedo shirt to wear out.
The funniest thing we found on the first day of unpacking was this. thrown in amongst a box of crocheted dollies and table linen, was a penis cozy.
I wish it hadn't disapeared so quickly as I would have loved to have gotten photos of it.
the woman who had been my brownie scout leader when I was younger said "Now you don't know what that is, cause you've never seen one before"(meaning a penis) and my response was along the lines of "Weeeell. your right, I've never seen one of those before" (meaning the penis cozy)
It's been an entertaining last couple of days.
I'm off to breathe steam and see if it helps at all.
