*boggle* fate just said hi to me
Jan. 16th, 2003 01:18 pmI just got my driver's lisence back in the mail.
It looks like it's been run over by a truck.
The corner of the photo is really bent and creased
But someone found it and put it in the mail.
It went to Champaign (as it had my old address on it), was rerouted, and came back to Chicago.
I can't use it currently as I need to sort out the hold placed on it due to an unpaid ticket. But I have it back, and can use it when things get straightened out and I'm getting a new one.
I keep harboring the hope that my paper journal will be mailed back too. As it has the following in it with my mom's mailing address: If By chance this book should roam, please box its ears and send it home.
Well, even if it had Emily's house address in it if it does get mailed back I would get it eventually...
