Mar. 30th, 2002 08:11 pmthis has not been a good week.
Was *not* able to get discusions added to the board for my class (will try that soon). Just bombed a quiz, waited too long I think to take it the second try. will try tommorrow eveninng but still.
I read the material, and still forgot alot of my basic biology terms. GAH!
I'm in Chicago. Got in late late late last night due to friends feeding me left overs from the sedar at their house the night before, and not kicking me out at 6pm when I said I needed to leave.
It was an interesting drive. Last week until I hit the deer I was fine. Driving back I was freaking about making sure that I didn't hit *another* deer. Last night it was foggy most of the drive up so I was anxious due to the fog on the interstate with people driving over 90 mph. I counted 15 state troopers sitting in speed traps or ticketing people the entire 3 hours of driving.I got to about where I had the accident and I was anxious about another deer. I had images of it suddenly looming from nowhere out of the foggy night. Then while driving on I94 through the south side I got stuck in the exit lane for Lake Shore Drive & Chinatown.
I took Lake Shore Drive which was interesting. I haven't driven down it in years that late at night (11pmish) The lake was inky black and calm and gorgeous...
Grrrr!
