There is a cricket in my room.
I've been watching him scurry across the floor.
He's an adventurous bug though.
He went from running across the open carpet up onto a box of fabric, and wine glasses.
He just spent a good five minuites exploring the box, climbing up over the sides of tipped over shot glasses, and wine glass stems.
Then he was running more towards the back wall, and i moved.
*Hop* Back about a foot and a half, then waits till it's safe to scurry back to the box.

silly cricket. I wonder if he will sing this morning.

Sept. 28 & 29th Poi Dog Pondering is playing at the Filmore in SF.
Was tempted by the offer of cheap flights a couple weeks ago.
But since the airlines are all still backed up, i doubt fares are still belly up cheap...

Can I afford to take the weekend off of work? Nope.

Can I afford to buy airfare? Yes, but should save it as I've got both c8 and the Calgary gather to save for.

Would I enjoy the trip? Hell yeah. I've never been to the west coast. Plus to see PDP that would be sweet.

Will I go? Nope. But I can dream right?

I'm hoping my car holds together enough to drive to C8 (Hopefully in Montreal) as that would cut back on airfare costs a lot. Especially if Cat comes along with. I think she would enjoy the C* experience. Even though she isn't really a net goth, but a closet goth who hears *all* about a.g and a.g.f. stuff through me anyways.
