I just got this rye bread recipie, and am going to try it minus the fennel seeds. (we are out of them atm)

I hope hope hope it turns out well. It would be nice to have lovely round loaves of fresh rye bread.

But first I must finish conquring the dishes!

I'm actually playing with the recipie and using the dough setting on the bread machine as we don't have a mixer with a dough hook yet (on my wish list though).

I'll let you know how it turns out :)

you know, If we lived in an apartment that was bigger than this studio, I would so invite people over for home made goodies and conversation...
