I used to take part in a class back when I first went away to college. Then I was lifeguarding for the next nine months and was always on duty when they had the classes held at the YMCA.
I'm going to very much enjoy it. I have problems with my knees doing alot of other arobic activities. So I'm looking forwards to it.
