It's at a Kinko's, Which if I'm offered the job I don't know if I will accept it. I have a love/hate relationship with them currently. I loved the work even though it is retail based. Yet the last store I worked at started to drive me insane due to the lack of people working there. It is hard to do the job you are expected to do when you are also doing six other things around the store.
I hated that I could get pulled away from the machines for an hour at a time to work the counter and help customers, and then be blamed for us being so behind on jobs being done.
My mom is looking out for me job oppurtunity wise. The latest offering being something with United Airlines. And no, I am not becomeing a stewardess...
I like being home too much.
SLS posted her playlist from Sunday night at C8. So now I'm running around trying to find mp3's or the cd's of music that I know I own to put together a mix cd with said music. As I know she has led me to find great music before.
Plus her set started with Hungry Lucy, How cool is that?
I'm looking at people's photo's currently (from c8). It makes me wish I had gotten a chance to go. Kest your photos of the inside of Notre Dame are amazing. I also wonder how people keep track of the people in their photos.
I took six reels of film while in NYC for c7. All in B&W. Most of architecture, or people running through Grand Central Station, or things like the guy playing the didjeridoo at the 14th street station. The few people photos I took happened at Pan's BBQ. And I can recognise a couple people. The rest are just people who were there.
I find I need to write this info down. I shall be adding a small notebook to my camera bag.
It seems like Siobahn and crew threw a great gathering. I just wish it had been possible for me to attend this year. Well, there is always c9. Though if it is in Vegas the way people seem to be assuming (we havent voted yet WTF?) I won't go. I know I shall have a hard time convincing Reuben to come with me anywhere, but Vegas and LA are in his don't want to go there cities list.
And I find I share the sentiment for Vegas. Even with the shows and stuff to do there that isn't gambling related I don't want to go. If I want to spend time in the desert, I'll drag him down to NM...
